*** May 26 ***My Saturday morning class has moved. Actually, I mean it has moved out of that lovely space at Lincoln Centre.  After almost 8 years! **** I miss you guys!  I miss the banter before class. I miss seeing you in person every week. I miss the calm focused energy of our practice together. I miss preparing the classes just for us! I miss hearing about your travels. I miss you all so much. ******  But…Kushala Yoga has over 100 video classes now available online. Maybe check out one of those. Unfortunately there won’t be a Wiser Yoga video class included with them – perhaps there is a ‘conflict of interest’, I’m not sure.

Or maybe just try to do a Sun Salutation every day!  :-)  I’d be happy to mail you a copy of the flow – just email me. Namaste, my friends

You can now take a Wiser Yoga class on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

A coupon is good for any of these classes including those at Kushala Yoga in Port Moody on Wednesdays and Thursdays, at Rasa Flow Yoga in Port Coquitlam on Fridays and at my Wiser Yoga studio in Coquitlam on Saturday morning

****    Free Parking at 3020 Lincoln Avenue!   ****

Look for a bunch of free parking spots in the underground around the western wall. They have the green ‘The Learning Circle’ decal on the curb on each spot.  There’s also lots of free street parking in front of the building and also underground in the south-west corner of the building. 6 spaces there are clearly marked. It says 2 hours maximum, but I haven’t run into any problems there yet. There are also a few free spaces outside the same south-west corner of the building.
